Throughout the site and communications, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ShivaElectroTech. By browsing our catalog or submitting orders via WhatsApp, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We strive to provide accurate technical data, voltage ratings, connector types, and photographs for all catalog items. However:

• Minor aesthetic variations (casing color, wire harness sleeves, heat-sink printing) may occur across production batches without altering technical ratings.
• Product availability is dynamic. Items marked Out of Stock are temporarily unavailable for immediate checkout. Customers may use our Inquire Restock button to request notification or reserve upcoming stock.
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST (18%) unless explicitly noted. Delivery/freight charges are calculated separately on WhatsApp based on parcel weight and delivery pincode.

ShivaElectroTech operates a dedicated, personalized WhatsApp ordering workflow:

• Adding products to the cart and clicking Checkout via WhatsApp generates a pre-formatted message detailing items, quantities, and delivery notes.
• An order is considered confirmed only after our sales executive validates product compatibility, confirms final invoice amount including freight, and verifies payment receipt.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of an inadvertent technical pricing error, product unavailability, or non-serviceable shipping locations.

We accept legitimate digital and commercial payments exclusively through official business accounts:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) to verified ShivaElectroTech business VPAs.
• Direct Bank Transfer (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS) for commercial and wholesale quantities.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes upon a nominal advance freight deposit to prevent courier rejection/RTO.

We ship across all states and union territories in India through reliable surface and express logistics partners (e.g. DTDC, Delhivery, Trackon, and heavy surface transport):

• Dispatch Time: In-stock verified orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Transit Duration: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on distance from Palanpur, Gujarat.
• Tracking: A valid consignment tracking number / consignment note (LR) will be shared via WhatsApp upon carrier pickup.
• Heavy Battery Cargo: Hazardous/chemical material (such as large lead-acid or heavy lithium battery packs) travels via specialized surface cargo compliance, which may require an additional 1–2 transit days.

Every critical electronic unit (BLDC controllers, pulse chargers, BMS modules, and display clusters) undergoes multi-point operational testing (voltage cutoff, phase output, thermals) prior to secure multi-layer bubble packaging. We guarantee that all dispatched hardware is brand new and functional upon leaving our Palanpur workshop.

In the rare event of transit damage or Dead On Arrival (DOA):

• The customer must record a continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video showing the outer shipping label, box seal, and physical inspection of the item.
• Damage claims or missing parts must be communicated to our WhatsApp helpline (+91 98984 60389) within 48 hours of package delivery.
• Upon prompt verification of transit damage, we will arrange for a free replacement or repair dispatch.

Products carry manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects as specified on the individual product page or invoice:

• What is Covered: Internal component failure under normal operating voltages, manufacturing soldering flaws, and charger cutoff circuit defects.
• Warranty Void Conditions: Warranty is strictly void in instances of:
  • Reverse polarity connection (connecting + to -).
  • Incorrect voltage oversupply (e.g. connecting a 48V controller to a 72V supply).
  • Water immersion or moisture corrosion.
  • Physical casing breakage, dropped items, or cut/tampered wiring harnesses.
  • Unauthorized opening of sealed controller casings or battery pack heat-shrink wrapping.

Electric vehicle electrical systems carry high DC voltages (48V to 72V DC) capable of producing high current arcs and fire hazards if short-circuited. We strongly advise that installation be conducted by qualified EV technicians or under direct engineering supervision. While ShivaElectroTech offers wiring diagrams and assistance via WhatsApp, the final responsibility for proper insulation, fuse protection, and vehicle road-safety rests with the installer.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palanpur, District Banaskantha, Gujarat, India.
